Alma is the extrovert—customer-focused, hospitality-driven, and shaped by more than a decade in restaurant management. She understands firsthand how much pressure small business owners carry and how important every customer interaction can be.
Mike is the introvert—a software builder, gamer at heart, patent holder, and systems thinker who loves solving complex problems through technology. He sees the inefficiencies most people learn to live with and builds smarter ways around them.
Together, we combine real-world customer service experience with deep technical expertise to create tools that actually make business easier.
Why We Built Veloquix
We built Veloquix because we saw how much small businesses lose from lack of time. The missed calls and constant interruptions can cost businesses sales when they are trying to grow. Customers can slip through the cracks while owners try to wear ten different hats at once.
Most advanced communication tools were built for large corporations with large budgets, complicated systems, and dedicated IT teams. Small businesses were left with expensive options, disconnected tools, or solutions that felt impossible to manage.
